RETURNS / EXCHANGES
At AHSIA X MAYLEELDN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return/exchange in your email. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 7 days of receiving the item.
Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during sale periods, AHSIA X MAYLEELDN are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.
lf in the event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed.

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify our customer service team on AHSIAXMAYLEELDN@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will then provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.
If an exchange is applicable, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The Process of pre-orders concludes, as soon as the item is back in stock, it’ll be shipped right to you. On average, your order may take 5 to 7 days longer.
